Upon the arrival of the customer, he or she is guided towards our upstairs lounge area where they can wait (if necessary) for one of our designers to become available. Once customers get together with our designers they are asked to specify their car and the customisations/modifications they would like to be done to their car.
Once the details regarding the customer's car have been discussed the designer gets to work and creates drawings and virtual concepts of their customised car. This process will take 1-3 days after which the sketches and renders are send over to the customer via email or they can come to our facility and discus the drawings with the designer in person. A sheet like the one in figure 1 will be given to them listing the different options for customising their car. If the customer is satisfied with the concept drawing a price for the customisation will be agreed upon.
Figure 1:
After all details have been agreed upon the concept of the customer's car is converted into 2D design drawings which the mechanics can use to then proceed with working on the car*. Parts for the car will also be ordered or manufactured. If parts will have to be custom made they will be created using fusion 360 (CAD software) after which they can be manufactured. The process of customising a car can take between 1 day to 2 weeks depending on difficulty and the desires of the customer. The process takes this long as we want to guarantee the upmost quality and performance.
*As outlined on our about page the customer would also be given the opportunity to work on their car themselves in either our customer garages (of which we have two) or in our main garage. Off course all work done will be under guidance of our expert mechanics and personnel to ensure safety and quality.
Once the car's customisation has been completed the customer will be asked to come pick up their car. They will have the opportunity to properly inspect the car before they drive off. This it to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied with their now newly customised and personalised automobile.
